It was a destination wedding in Rocky Mountain National Park for this couple from Michigan. When we had our consultation call in February to plan for their June nuptials, I pointed Steve and Karen in the direction of my favorite no-name spot in Rocky Mountain National Park

Away from the busy park foot traffic--which has increased substantially over the past few years--but with nearby parking and fabulous mountain views, I knew they'd be enchanted by the spot that we (internally) refer to as Wedding Rock.

But first it was pre-wedding pics at the Stanley Hotel as well as some hobnobbing about town in Estes Park.

Prerequisite shenanigans in Este Park--drive in a limo from the fabulous 5-Star Denver Limousine folks--was a pre-ceremony must.
